MongoDB may disclose customer’s confidential information pursuant to a compulsory governmental process. We take customer privacy seriously and will evaluate every government request to ensure that it is properly issued. If legally permitted, MongoDB will notify customer, so the customer may seek to make such disclosure subject to a protective order or other appropriate remedy.
Government subpoenas, search warrants, or other legal requests regarding MongoDB customer information must be emailed to privacy-team@mongodb.com.
Law enforcement agencies located outside of the United States that are seeking MongoDB customer information must work through the available legal and diplomatic channels in its jurisdiction, including bilateral or multilateral legal assistance treaties.
