View or Download Your Invoices

Cloud Manager charges for services provided at the organization level. Cloud Manager posts charges the day after you incur the charges.

To view your organization's current invoice:

  1. Click your desired organization from the Organizations menu menu if you don't see it displayed.

  2. Click Billing.

    The Overview tab should be selected and that page displayed. If it isn't, click Overview.

Note

When you select an invoice, the sidebar shows a Billing option. You can click this link as well.

Cloud Manager displays the current invoice.

Note

The Running Invoice Total doesn't include applied credits.

To download the charges and payments for your current invoice:

  1. Click your desired organization from the Organizations menu menu if you don't see it displayed.

  2. Click Billing.

    The Overview tab should be selected and that page displayed. If it isn't, click Overview.

Cloud Manager displays the current invoice.

Note

The Running Invoice Total doesn't include applied credits.

  1. Find Export To heading in the upper right corner of the Invoice page.

  2. To the right of Export To, click the button for the file format in which you want to download the invoice. Your choices include:

    • PDF

    • TXT

    • CSV

To view all invoices for your Cloud Manager organization:

  1. Click your desired organization from the Organizations menu menu if you don't see it displayed.

  2. Click Billing.

    The Overview tab should be selected and that page displayed. If it isn't, click Overview.

Cloud Manager displays a list of your invoices.

You can filter the invoices by status and date.

  • To filter by status, click the Status drop-down and select the status to which you want to limit the results:

    Status
    Invoice Type
    Pending
    Invoices still pending payment.
    Free
    Invoices with a total charge of $0.00.
    Successful
    Invoices that are paid.
  • To filter by invoice date, set the From or To date inputs to the required date range.

    • If you leave From blank, Cloud Manager sets the lower date boundary to the organization's creation date.

    • If you leave To blank, Cloud Manager sets the upper date boundary to the current date.

For the desired invoice, click the link shown in either the Invoice Date or Invoice Period columns.

To download a past invoices for your Cloud Manager organization:

  1. Click your desired organization from the Organizations menu menu if you don't see it displayed.

  2. Click Billing.
