The following tutorial guides you through launching Charts on MongoDB Cloud. You can access Charts with any Organization Role or any Project Role that can read data from Atlas.

Atlas Charts is accessible through MongoDB Atlas. You will need a MongoDB Atlas user account to complete this tutorial. To learn more about creating an Atlas user, see Get Started with Atlas documentation.

If your organization's owners enable IP access list for the Atlas UI for an organization, this restricts access to the Atlas UI only to those users whose IP addresses are included in the organization's IP access list. If you don't have access to an organization, Atlas Charts displays a banner at the top of the page notifying you of the restriction. Contact your organization's owners so that they can include your IP address in the access list for the Atlas UI for this organization. This restriction doesn't apply to embedded charts applications and to the public dashboard.
Your Atlas user has any Project Role except the

To access the Atlas Charts application, you must be logged into Atlas.

If you have an Atlas project with clusters that contain data you want to visualize, select the project from the Projects menu in the navigation bar.
If you do not have a suitable existing Atlas project, see Create a Project in the Atlas documentation for instructions on creating a new project.

All Atlas project users with Project Roles other than Project Read Only have access to the Charts instance associated with that project. To add additional members to your Atlas project, see Manage Project Users and Teams in the Atlas documentation.

When you first launch Atlas Charts in a project, Charts automatically creates a new user named Charts User with the Project Charts Admin role in your Atlas project to access your cluster data. The names of these users are in the format: charts+<PROJECT-ID>@mongodb.com. If you see a different chart user that appears suspicious and has a different format, contact MongoDB Support.

删除 Atlas Charts 实例
重要

If you are an Atlas Project Owner, you can deactivate and delete a Atlas Charts instance linked to your Atlas project from your Atlas Project Settings.
