The ESPP is a voluntary program that allows you to participate in the growth of MongoDB. Employees are allowed to purchase company stock at a discount on the date of purchase. MongoDB is happy to provide employees with recurring equity training to help you understand the program so you can make informed choices regarding your financial wellbeing.
401(k)
Investing in your future means something different for everyone. That’s why MongoDB allows for pre-tax, Roth, and after-tax contributions to your 401(k). You can contribute up to 60% of your eligible compensation (subject to IRS limits). You will be able to take advantage of features like a self-directed brokerage account and Roth in-plan conversions.
