获取调用者的Atlas项目链接

获取 /api/v1/projects/{id}/atlas-link
持有者身份验证

返回项目的Atlas出口链接和同步状态。需要项目读取角色。集群拓扑结构（主机/IP）被省略 — 仅状态。 egress_sync.cluster_count 是最后一次成功存储的快照中的集群数（0 表示Atlas返回“无” — 经常暂停、无服务器或空项目）。
