Dublin is home to MongoDB’s International Headquarters and plays a central role in our global strategy. Located on Shelbourne Road in Ballsbridge, our office overlooks the Aviva Stadium and sits at the heart of one of Europe’s leading tech ecosystems. From here, teams across Product, Engineering, Technical Services, Sales, and more support customers across EMEA and beyond. We’re continuing our investment in Ireland - expanding our team, creating new roles, and growing towards 500+ employees by 2027.
While Dublin is our hub, our impact extends across the country. With a flexible, hybrid working philosophy, many of our roles are open to remote talent across Ireland. We have employees based in multiple counties, collaborating closely with the Dublin HQ and global teams.
