MongoDB Hires Technology Industry Veteran Carlos Delatorre as Chief Revenue Officer to Drive Unprecedented Growth

NEW YORK—January 8, 2015—MongoDB today announced the appointment of Carlos Delatorre as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Carlos is an accomplished enterprise sales leader who brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience to MongoDB. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President at ClearSlide, Inc., a leading provider of Sales Engagement Automation software. Prior to that, Carlos served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at DynamicOps, where his team delivered 300% growth in 2011 and 2012, culminating in its acquisition by VMware (2012). He has also held senior sales leadership roles at BMC Software, BladeLogic, IMlogic and Oblix. Carlos has a proven track record of building high performance sales teams that deliver strong sales results on a consistent basis.
