The following describes how to engage MongoDB support.
Customers have access to the MongoDB Support Portal. In the Portal, you can open and view Cases, access our Knowledge Base, manage your users, and view your contract details. If you need assistance accessing the Support Portal, please reach out to your Account Team.
Enterprise Support includes access to an extensive knowledge base with use cases, detailed tutorials, technical notes on optimizations and best practices.
Before taking your MongoDB deployment into production, MongoDB strongly recommends that you review our Production Notes. This documentation provides production checklists, information on recommended settings and configurations and other best practices.
Please advise MongoDB support of the date you intend to go into production and any relevant details via Commercial Support (CS) tickets. Support engineers will take special note of your timeframe and can provide any relevant guidance as appropriate.
