Employee Resource Groups + Inclusion Programs
An employee resource group, also known as an ERG, is a group of employees who come together around shared characteristics, experiences, or interests. All employees are welcome to join our ERGs, which exemplify our leadership principle of 'Build Together,' offering support and networking opportunities that strengthen our community and promote collaboration.
Our ERGs are not only spaces for connection but also aim to foster learning and awareness across the company. By sharing experiences and perspectives, they help create an environment where employees can grow as individuals and leaders. At MongoDB, developing our people is a top priority, and ERGs play an important role in supporting that goal. Learn more about our ERGs below."
Our Summits provide an early identification opportunity for students who are passionate about exploring a career in software engineering. We aim to ensure these opportunities are accessible to students from a wide range of skillsets and experiences.
Summit participants enjoy an interactive day of learning, which culminates with the chance to interview early for the upcoming summer’s Software Engineering internship. At each virtual Summit event, attendees will experience a unique opportunity to connect with current MongoDB employees to discover the steps of a successful software engineering career path!
Applications open late winter via our Students and Graduates page, and the Summit events take place in the spring.”
