New Hire Technical Training

Eligible employees will go through a technical course that highlights MongoDB's portfolio, which includes MongoDB Atlas, MongoDB Server, Drivers, Cloud Services products and other software and services we provide our customers.

Sales Bootcamp

Sales Bootcamp training is an intensive course about the MongoDB technology and Sales methodology. Every member of the Sales and Presales teams attend. Attendees learn about the database landscape, how our technology is disrupting the market and the incredible things our customers do with MongoDB. Attendees also learn key selling skills like secondary questioning and presenting skills. Throughout, our Sales Leaders and Bootcamp trainers are on hand to answer questions and give you feedback to help you develop.
