New hire technical training

Eligible employees will go through a technical course that highlights MongoDB's portfolio, which includes MongoDB Atlas, MongoDB Server, Drivers, Cloud Services products and other software and services we provide our customers.

Employee skills badges

This training provides a foundation in key areas of our products. Three short 60- to 90-minute trainings cover an overview of products, the document model and our generative AI capabilities. This allows our employees to understand our products just like our customers do.

Regional bootcamp

Bootcamp is the cornerstone onboarding program covering the MongoDB technology and Sales methodology, which every new hire within the go-to-market team attends. Attendees learn about the database landscape, how our technology is disrupting the market, and the transformative things our customers do with MongoDB. Attendees also learn key selling skills like secondary questioning and presenting. Throughout, our sales leaders and GTM trainers are on hand to answer questions and give you feedback to help you develop.

Learning and development
