Hello Team,
I recently completed a mongodb certificate but the name on the learner dashboard is what I originally had on my google account. I have updated it to my original name a few times after that, both on google and atlas but it just won’t reflect the same in the university dashboard, making me unable to use the certificate as they show the old name on them.
I have been mailing to certification@mongodb.com for the past three weeks but the only response I get it a bot generated mail telling me to update my name(which I have done already quite a number of times).
Please help me out with this. Is there anything I can do about this?
