Time to scale a cluster with 3 nodes from m30 to m40

I scaled my cluster from M30 to M40, but at the moment they appear to be down, I don’t know how long the scaling will take, or if I need to do any additional steps. I am not very technical, in fact I am in operational areas, and this topic is very complicated for me. I currently have a service down for my clients and it is causing me a lot of problems. Could you support me if possible?
