At end of the tutorial from MONGO DB university for DB admins

At end of lab im getting below error after clicking 'check , could you please advise .

OR

the validation from check - code is not able to verify my work due to some tech reasons?

I could not identify an instance of the issue you faced.

Can you provide a screenshot of the error as well as the challenge/step of the lab you are in?

This will help me identify the lab and challenge and investigate the issue.
