Try to change the Atlas network setting to allow from anywhere.
The IP that you have to allow access is not necessarily the IP of the machine you are using. With VPN, NAT routers you need to specify the public IP. Start by allowing from anywhere then if it works you may make it more secure by allowing the IP address you get with https://www.whatismyip.com/
