MongoDB is committed to changing the ratio in technology. We are excited to offer the Female Innovators program, now in its second year, to make MongoDB World more accessible for women in technology.

We’re accepting nominations for women technologists to attend MongoDB World. Accepted nominees get a complimentary full conference pass and have access to our Women and Trans Coders Lounge.

Fill out the short form below to nominate a woman who works or aspires to work in tech and she could receive a complimentary ticket to MongoDB World.

You can also nominate yourself. Make sure to act fast; only a limited number of tickets are available.


Selected nominees will receive complimentary admission to MongoDB World, June 20-21 in Chicago. At the event they'll be able to:

  • Network with other women in technology through general sessions and activities at the Women and Trans Coders Lounge.

  • Find their next opportunity, client, or project, idea while connecting with other users.

  • Meet the engineers behind the technology.

  • Learn best practices to amp up their skills, the inside scoop on who's doing what with MongoDB.

  • Explore community activities, including the Leaf Lounge, expo hall, and our famous after party.

Please note that travel and lodging is not included in this award.


The deadline to submit a nomination for this opportunity is February 17th. Eligible nominees will be notified of their acceptance status by February 24th.


  • Nominees must be 18 years old or older, and must identify as women. This includes cis, trans, genderqueer, and non-binary people who identify as women.
