Did you or someone you know build something amazing with MongoDB? We want to hear it! Apply for the sixth annual Innovation Awards today! Submissions closed on May 8.

The MongoDB Innovation Awards recognize organizations and individuals across a variety of categories that are building something giant with MongoDB.

Let us know what your application does, your favorite MongoDB features, and how it’s changing your organization or industry, and you may be recognized as one of the 2019 Innovation Award winners.

All award winners will receive:

  • An Innovation Award
  • Two passes to MongoDB World in New York City
  • Inclusion in the Innovation Awards press release and blog post
  • Recognition at MongoDB World
  • And more!

A panel of judges will review nominations. Finalists will be notified in May and winners will be recognized at MongoDB World happening in NY on June 17-19.

  • Cluster Scale. Distributing the database across 100+ nodes, often in multiple data centers

The William Zola Award for Community Excellence

A person who has made a demonstrable contribution to the MongoDB community through code contribution, testing, evangelism, or knowledge sharing

Who is eligible for an Innovation Award?

Any individual or organization that uses MongoDB, including partner solutions built on or for MongoDB.

Can I nominate myself or my own organization?

Absolutely! We want to hear about what you’re building with MongoDB.

Can I submit nominations in more than one category?

Yes, the categories are meant to help guide your submission. Some applications may fall into multiple categories. Categories are subject to change.

Can I submit more than one nomination?

Yes, you can submit more than one nomination, and for more than one category.

How can I improve my nomination?

The more detail you provide – including information about your organization, technical details, and the impact it’s having on your company and industry – the easier it will be for our panel of judges to assess your nomination.

Do I have to be present at MongoDB World to accept the award?

We strongly encourage all winners to attend MongoDB World and accept the award in person. If you can’t make it, feel free to send another member of your team in your place!

How will the awards be publicized?

Award winners will be included in a press release and blog post on the MongoDB website, and recognized at MongoDB World.
