Customer may reschedule a services engagement more than 5 business days before the scheduled start date without penalty. If Customer reschedules a services engagement between 1 and 5 business days before the scheduled start date, Customer will forfeit 25% of the scheduled days and will be charged 100% of Company’s non-refundable travel expenses unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing. If Customer reschedules a services engagement less than 1 business day before the scheduled start, Customer will forfeit 50% of the scheduled days and will be charged 100% of Company’s non-refundable travel expenses unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.
