Ready to elevate your database game? Join our three-part fundamentals webinar series and build a strong foundation in MongoDB, from core concepts and architecture to schema design and day-to-day data operations.

This series is designed for teams who are new to MongoDB or looking to strengthen their fundamentals with a more practical, skill-based path. Each session is built around an Essentials Skill Badge and focuses on the foundational concepts needed to start building modern, scalable applications with confidence.

Across three consecutive sessions, you will move through the fundamentals in the right order. We begin with MongoDB’s document model and architectural strengths, then show how to translate relational thinking into effective document-based schema design, and finish with the CRUD methods and query techniques used to work with data in real applications every day.

Series schedule:

Part 1: MongoDB Overview
June 11 - 11 a.m. ET
Discover the core concepts and architectural strengths of MongoDB. Learn how the document model, dynamic schema design, distributed architecture, and support for nested and semi-structured data make MongoDB a powerful choice for modern application development.

Part 2: Relational to Document Model
June 18 - 11 a.m. ET
Learn how to map relational models to MongoDB’s document model and design schemas around real application workloads. We’ll cover data relationships, when to embed versus reference, and how to use schema validation to enforce structure where needed.

Part 3: CRUD Operations
June 25 - 11 a.m. ET
Learn how to perform create, read, update, and delete operations in MongoDB and build effective queries using filters, operators, sorting, limiting, projection, and document counts. This session gives you the practical query skills needed to start working with MongoDB data immediately.

Register once to secure your place for all three sessions. Even if you can’t attend all live sessions, an on-demand recording will be sent to you via email if you are registered.

Note: To provide the best possible learning experience, this session was pre-recorded by a MongoDB expert. However, attendees will still have the opportunity to engage live with MongoDB experts throughout the session, followed by a live Q&A to address incoming questions.
