アクセス可能なすべてのプロジェクトのすべてのクラスターの詳細を返します。クラスターには、同じデータセットを維持するホストのグループが含まれます。このレスポンスには、マルチクラウド クラスターは含まれません。このリソースを使用するには、リクエスト元のサービス アカウントまたは API キーにクラスターレベルの任意のロールを持たせることができます。
