Create the first user for Ops Manager. Use this command to automate Ops Manager Installations.

mongocli ops-manager owner create [options]

Name	Type	Required	Description
--accessListIp	strings	false	IP addresses to add to the new user's access list.
--email	string	true	Email address for the user.
--firstName	string	true	First or given name for the user.
-h, --help		false	help for create
--lastName	string	true	Last name, family name, or surname for the user.
-o, --output	string	false	Output format. Valid values are json, json-path, go-template, or go-template-file. To see the full output, use the -o json option.
-p, --password	string	false	Password for the user.
