MongoDB, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

New York City, New York – October 18, 2017 – MongoDB, Inc., the database for giant ideas, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $24.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “MDB” on October 19, 2017, and the offering is expected to close on October 23, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, MongoDB has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,200,000 additional shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions.
