Operational analytics syncs your data directly from the warehouse to the frontline tools (Tableau, Excel, and other BI tools integrations) with better automation and workflows, without generating costly engineering efforts.

In short, operational analytics is a specific sub-category of business analytics that focuses on improving existing operations by using data mining and data aggregation to create actionable insights.

Development and product teams find insights from application usage data to inform product decisions and roll out features and improvements quickly. Marketers translate insights from website and shopping cart data to digital campaigns on the fly. Operations teams track order and shipment data to pinpoint adjustments needed on a daily basis.
