We are thrilled to announce this year’s new cohort of MongoDB Champions!
Champions are the connective tissue between MongoDB and our builder community, keeping them informed about MongoDB’s latest developments and offerings. Whether they are sharing their knowledge by writing tutorials, speaking at events, or serving as the go-to expert within their company, they are constantly finding ways to support other builders.
“Being a MongoDB Champion for the 9th consecutive year is a true honor, “ says Arek Borucki, Machine Learning Platform & Database Engineer at Hugging Face. “This journey has opened doors to writing MongoDB 8.0 in Action, speaking at conferences across the globe, and working with the latest AI and database technologies alongside talented people building innovative solutions. Above all, it's the community that makes this program so special. I'm grateful for the opportunity to keep sharing knowledge, learning from others, and helping developers build the next generation of AI-powered applications with MongoDB.”
This year’s 69-member group includes 33 new champions. They come to us from countries all over the world, including Canada, the United States, Malaysia, Colombia, China, India, Brazil, Spain, Ireland, Mexico, France, Thailand, the Republic of Korea, Argentina, and New Zealand.
Our Champions wear many different hats in their day jobs. You’ll find them working as engineering leads, chief architects, founders, and everything in between.
“I'm excited to be part of the MongoDB Champions program and to collaborate with a global network of innovators pushing the boundaries of data architecture,” says Zoheb Chirammal, Director, Application Development Engineering at Centene Corporation and first-year Champion. “My focus is on driving complex cloud migrations, cloud optimization, and leveraging Atlas Stream Processing for real-time data solutions. I look forward to both learning from this exceptional community and sharing my own enterprise experiences to help shape the future of the ecosystem.”
What unites them is a shared passion for helping other builders succeed and a genuine excitement for what’s possible with MongoDB.
“Community has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my tech journey,” says Loveleen Kaur, Senior Software Engineer at Twin Health and first-year Champion. “I'm grateful to be recognized as a MongoDB Champion and excited to connect, learn, and give back alongside this amazing group.”
As members of this program, Champions gain a variety of experiences—including exclusive access to product roadmaps, preview programs, an annual Champions Summit with product leaders—and relationships that grow their professional stature as MongoDB practitioners, helping them be seen as leaders in the technology community.
“Joining the MongoDB Champions program is both an honor and an exciting opportunity,” says Bálder Carraté, Principal Software Engineer at Klikin and first-year Champion. “I’m looking forward to connecting with other passionate MongoDB practitioners, sharing real-world lessons from production systems, and continuing to learn from a community that is constantly pushing what’s possible with data.”
