Manage BI Connector in Ops Manager

Modify a BI Connector Instance

To shut down a BI Connector instance:

Click Deployment, then the Processes tab.

Modify the BI Connector instance.

  1. In the row for that BI Connector instance, click Modify.
  2. Update any settings that you need to change.

Click Apply Changes.

Click Review & Deploy to review your changes.

Ops Manager displays your proposed changes.

  1. If you are satisfied, click Confirm & Deploy.
  2. If you want to make further configuration changes, click Cancel. Click Modify for the cluster to make additional changes.

Terminate a BI Connector Instance

To shut down a BI Connector instance:

Click Deployment, then the Processes tab.

Navigate to your BI Connector instance.

  1. Click on the cluster name.
  2. Click BI Connector.
  3. Scroll to find the BI Connector instance you want to change or start typing its name in the Search box.

Terminate the BI Connector instance.

  1. Scroll to find the BI Connector instance you want to change or start typing its name in the Search box.
  2. In the card for that BI Connector instance, click the ellipsis h icon button and select Terminate.

In the Terminate Cluster: <Cluster Name> modal:

  1. Type the cluster name in the box.
  2. Click Terminate.

Click Review & Deploy to review your changes.

Ops Manager displays your proposed changes.

  1. If you are satisfied, click Confirm & Deploy.
