If MongoDB is licensed under SSPLv1, does MongoDB Inc. make their service source code publicly accessible?

MongoDB Community Server is licensed under the SSPL and the full source code is publicly available on GitHub (mongodb/mongo).
MongoDB Enterprise Advanced Server is available under a commercial license from MongoDB, Inc and only distributed as binary packages for installation. The Enterprise-specific extensions (generally focused on operations & security) are closed source, but the core features shared with Community server are included in the public source code.
MongoDB’s cloud services like Atlas use Enterprise servers and commercial licensing. The source code for these services is not publicly available.
