Can I know is there way to let in non technical user without granting them to current project? Because i noticed even if I let them in as “Project Read Only” they will be able to view a lot of info. The preferred way is they only can view chart only. I noticed there is similar request here: Charts questions
point no 1 is similar as what we needed. Is there a workaround?
Another newer option is to make the user an Atlas Organisation member without putting them into the project. You can then share the dashboard with the Organisation, which will let the user see the dashboard without having access to the Atlas console.

thanks for the response. This is what we are doing right now, but if I want to allow someone to edit and manage the board, they will need to be included in the project?
