Was your cluster upgraded from M0 to M10?
You may have to refresh cluster settings
Please check this
I upgraded from M0 to M10 few moths ago with trigger refreshing (after update they were disabled by default)

Just to clarify, you firstly upgraded from M0 to M10 and then performed the refresh as suggested by Ramachandra in which you still received the maximum triggers error after. Is this correct? If so, I would suggest you contact the Atlas support team via the in-app chat and provide the error & cluster link.

Yes, because after the update to M10, all triggers become “inactive” and I rewrote the code and reactivated them. (cluster settings were refreshed and triggers become inactive)
Maybe I have some errors in settings.
Support is paid plan.
Is it possible to fix the problem without paying?
I still have an issue I can’t create > 5 triggers. (USING M10)
