My server died randomly when I was using it. Its status is now unavailable. and I just got a notification that the replica set has no primary. Is anyone else having trouble or know how to fix this issue? (I also signed up for 24/7 support but it has been syncing for 45 minutes.

I would recommend contacting Atlas in-app chat support regarding this. Please provide the chat support with a cluster link.
