Hi, seeking advice on migrating from MongoDB Atlas to Azure VM CentOS 7 with a 2.5 TB database and minimal downtime. Can I use parallel processing with replication?

Encountering an error adding “vmIP:27017” on MongoDB Atlas cluster’s primary to make the VM MongoDB a secondary. Why aren’t rs.conf() and rs.add() working on the Atlas cluster? Any alternatives? Configuration is Dedicated M60 with auto scaling.
