Having this error for a several hours. My app stopped working due to inabilty to connect to db. Live support will be able to help only tomorrow, but I need to recover my app now. How to solve it? Thanks in advance.

You should be able to contact the Atlas in-app chat support now. From the same linked page, there are instructions to activate / subscribe to a support plan. Currently as of the time of this message, the cloud services support policy states the following hours for the Atlas Developer support plan (and higher):
Hours: 24 x 7 for Severity Levels 1 and 2
