Paused cluster to old to resume

I am getting a cluster told error:

This M0 cluster cannot be resumed because the mongoDB version of its backup snapshot is too old. Please contact support to resume this cluster.

I don’t have a support plan so not sure what to do. Is there a way to create copy the data from one cluster to another when the one cluster is not resumed? I didn’t take a snapshot before pausing it so I don’t have that. Is it possible to connect to the clusters collections while not resumed?

I would rather not pay the $49 per month fee to just have this cluster started to grab a snapshot or have Mongo support restart it.

I would recommend contacting the atlas in-app chat support regarding this. The chat support is free to contact. You should see the chat bubble at the bottom right hand corner of the Atlas UI when logged into Atlas.
