My cluster is unavailable

I’m desperate all my services are down and I have no way to get it back up, my cluster is down

and there is no justified reason for being down, the ram was fine, the hard drive barely used 50% and it barely used 100 connections out of 3000

At the same time I am creating a cluster 1 with the backup of cluster0 to try to be online as soon as possible for my customers

please help
