How to save/restore a database's Atlas Search Indexes

Hi Mongo community!

Is there a way to export/import Atlas Search indexes from one database to another? When I want to restore a test database from production I typically drop the test database and mongorestore it from a mongodump of the production database. Then I have to go back and manually rebuild each Atlas Search index because they do not carry over from the restore.

Am I doing this wrong? Is there a way to save/restore the Atlas Search indexes?
