Error in auto scale process

Hi community, in the morning my cluster auto scale from a M10 to a M20, but one of my shards cannot start, and i see the next legend in the portal

i been like this for at less 3 or 4 hours, i don`t kwon if i have to preparate to change the cluster region or is just some temporal, has anyone else experienced something like this?

Hey @Ricardo_Flores_Ramos,

Could you contact the Atlas in-app chat support regarding this one? Please be sure to advise them of which cluster is receiving this message when trying to auto-scale to M20.
