Wrongful suspension in exam

My exam was wrongfully suspended two different exam interventions came in atthe end of mongodb java developer associate exam the first gave me a go and said he would connect me to my proctor but another intervention connected and without any warning suspended my exam I even waited for technical support but they closed guardian immediately I’ve sent this to their certifications email
