Hello MongoDB Team,
My Node.js MongoDB Associate Developer exam was wrongfully suspended today (6th July) by ProctorU. The proctor claimed I was looking away from the webcam, despite me completing a full room, desk, and bathroom scan right before starting.
I have already submitted a formal appeal via email, and my automated support ticket number is #139271. My registered email is mathnitish1997@gmail.com.
Could a community manager or staff member please escalate this ticket to the certification team for a manual video review? I am eager to get my retake voucher so I can complete my certification.
