Hi everyone, I’m new to MongoDB and have a problem configuring the backup, or seeing the snapshots.
Even though the database has been running for quite a while, we have never seen a snapshot on the Backup page:
We have a serverless instance, version 7.1.1, and it shows Backups are active on our Database Deployments page.
Can anyone explain what we are doing wrong, and not seeing any snapshots? Thanks!

Thanks. According to support, for Serverless and Shared tier clusters, Backup configuration and snapshots are available via the cluster-specific backup tab, something like Cloud: MongoDB Cloud
