What is best backup/recovery strategy of 3 node MongoDB replica hosted in AWS

Hi,

I am looking best backup and recovery strategy for my 3 node prod mongodb cluster hosted in AWS.

Some of my questions:

1. Should I take daily basis snapshot of my server image or copy of the whole hardrive ?
2. Do I need to take primary node back up or secondary node backup?
