It’s time! After a two+ year hiatus, the Vancouver MongoDB User Group (VanMUG) is back! For our first event, we’re going to keep things simple and informal with a social event. This event is for anyone interested in assisting with the care and feeding of VanMUG or those that might be interested in potentially speaking at a future MUG. As an added bonus, we’ll have some folks (both local and international) from MongoDB in attendance.
For those of you who haven’t attended our meet-ups in the past, we have always tried to maintain a balance in topics from fairly technical to “case studies” of organizations using MongoDB. There’s always a social element to our events and it’s a great way to connect with the local MongoDB community which has grown rapidly over the past few years.
The event will be held in downtown Vancouver with the exact location to be announced once we have a better idea of the numbers — please be sure to RSVP! Hope to see you there!
