Upgrade to 4.4 on Windows 2012 Server

Hello, I am trying to upgrade mongoDB from a 3.2 to 4.4 and it worked all the way till 4.2 but can’t start mongo service for 4.4. Is it because of 2012 operating system? It worked fine on windows 2019.

If there are two services (two ports) pointed to the same mongo , should I run the steps for upgrade simultaneously? DBs and logs are on different drive and separate folder from MongoD.

Please advise.
