I upgraded from free 500MB tier to M10. CLuster Upgrade has been stuck for more than 3 hours.
Not sure what to do further. Can some one help me here ?
Our 500 MB is full and our Production is down.

Could I ask that you contact the in-app chat support as soon as possible regarding this issue? The in-app chat support does not require any payment to use and can be found at the bottom right corner of the Atlas UI:
