Upgrade from Free to AWS Cluster is stuck for hours

I upgraded from free 500MB tier to M10. CLuster Upgrade has been stuck for more than 3 hours.
Not sure what to do further. Can some one help me here ?

Our 500 MB is full and our Production is down.

Stuck in this forever.

Thanks for response. I contacted support via email and its sorted now.
But its strange that this happens.
