Unable to load databases for a cluster in MongoDB Atlas

I am unable to view the collections for my cluster in MongoDB. When I open the “Collections” tab after a few seconds, the operation fails and this is what I see

There are several possible factors that may trigger this warning message:

  • Resource contention within the cluster
  • Connection issues
  • Atlas maintenance (in rare cases)
