Unable to connect on the provided host and port

hello! since i have installed compas i cannot connect to the cluster as indiccated in the course. i join a picture of the message i get.

I had same issue. I think firewalls are not allowing you to connect to the mongodb cluster try to use any vpn. Also I have been blocked from firewalls but sending connection request through VPN is working.
