Unable to Access MongoDB Benefits from GitHub Student Developer Pack

Hello GitHub Support,

I am currently registered as a student and have applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. However, when I try to access MongoDB benefits, I receive a message saying that I am not currently registered for the GitHub Student Pack (screenshot attached).

Could you please check my account status and help me activate the MongoDB benefits included in the Student Developer Pack?

My Details:

  • GitHub Username: ayushbhagasra
  • Email associated with GitHub: ayushbhagasra@gmail.com
  • Date of Student Pack approval : 11 August 2025

Hi there and welcome to the forums.

If you’ve applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack but have not yet been approved, you will have to wait for GitHub Education to approve you before accessing MongoDB student benefits.

We at MongoDB do not have any influence over GitHub’s student verification process.

I can direct you to some resources on GitHub’s website that might be helpful.
