Ubiquiti Controller & Omada Controller I Installed On The Same Server, the ports are different but which Controller I Start First The Other Doesn’t Work Both Controllers are using mangadb Please Help

Are you having any problems with MongoDB itself? You can look in the log files and paste any log entries if you are.
As for the controllers, those appear to be third party items and you would most likely want to reach out to companies that make those tools through their support channels if the problem resides in one of them. While there are a lot of smart people here willing to help out on issues, once you get into third party tooling that help here might be limited as you would need to find someone that has those tools installed and in use.
