In doc “MongoDB Certification Program guide 2025” I tried following link “test your equipment” to check my environment has no problems before paying and scheduling exam, but I’m required for a proctor PU account.
So what should I do ?
Any chance to check that my equipment is ok before paying for exam ?
Hi again, @marty_well! Let me walk you through what to expect with your exam. You will register and purchase your exam through your account in learn.mongodb.com. When you do this, an account will be automatically created for you in ProctorU. Once you are transferred to their site, there they provide details on equipment setup, the proctoring experience, what to expect, etc. From there you can test your equipment on their site and if there are issues, you can adjust your exam schedule to make necessary corrections.
