thanks for advice.
if found another solution yesterday.
Java made a fix in different version : [JDK-8236039] JSSE Client does not accept status_request extension in CertificateRequest messages for TLS 1.3 - Java Bug System

I have update our java version from 13 to 13.0.5 and there is no more bug.
