Snapshot Restore in a Different Organization not allowed?

Hi, I’m trying to restore a M10 Cluster Snapshot in another “Organization” in the same type of cluster, anyone knows if that is possible?
I can’t select the “other organization” or project in the Restore Dialog, in the “Target Project”.

HI @emito, what you are trying to do is supported. Most of the time when it doesn’t its either a permissions issue or a configuration mismatch. i.e. your source is encrypted using BYOK and your destination is not.

Well I’m “Project Owner”. My destination is an empty Cluster.
What do you recommend me to check?

Are you a project owner in both projects?

Hello all, I’m encountering the same problem as described above, and I am looking for a possible solution. Specifically, I’m trying to restore an M20 cluster snapshot to a new and empty M20 cluster in a different organization/project.
I have “Organization Owner” access for both organizations. On a project access level, I’m part of the “team”, that has “Project owner” permissions on all projects in those organizations.
However, when I choose the “Restore” action for a specific snapshot, the “Target project” field displays a list of organizations. Unfortunately, I’m unable to select another organization using the mouse cursor, as it shows a prohibition sign.

UPD: In my case I had to wait 2 days to get it working after “Project owner” and “Organization owner” permissions were granted to my account.
