Secondary was down for a day when up old data not synching

I have a replica set with one primary and two secondary, secondaries were down for one day, due to some os issues, after the secondaries are up, the data of one down isn’t synched, only new data are synching, how to synch the data of downtime.

Its hard to know the state of a replica set without rs.status() output or logs from all members

The easiest way to revive a failed node that refuse to sync (most probably as it fell off the primary oplog) is to resync it:
