Robo 3T: query to fetch employee count??

There are 3 different collections i.e. Employee, Organization, Designations, and I need one query to get employee count for only XYZ org as mentions below:
-Total active
-Total JE(Civil)
-Total SE(Civil)
-Total civil employee who have service provider true except JE(Civil) + SE(Civil)
